Hi Amy, Hi Julai, and thanks for your comments. I generally use Nestlé chocolate (semi-sweet chocolate in morsels). It comes in 12oz (340g) and I use 7oz (to make 200g). As a pan size, I take standard sizes. I like to make nice rectangular cakes and Frog du Jour proposes a red baking dish I like to use (very nice quality). Good luck with the recipe and give me some news!

The chocolate cake sounds fabulous! I need some help in understanding the recipe. Where do I find “black chocolate”? What size pan should be used?
